Under 150 000 € 6% with a minimum of 5000 €
From 150.001 € to 250.000 € 5.5% including tax of the sale price
From 250.001 € to 450 000 € 5% including tax of the sale price
From 450 001 € to 650 000 € 4.5% including tax of the sale price
Beyond 650.001 € 4% including tax of the sale price
